Signals
Signals is your capture inbox. When you see something worth posting about, save it here before the thought goes cold. When you’re ready, turn a signal into a Pillar and it becomes ideas.

Capturing never needs an AI key or a credit, so it always works. The extra touches - a suggested angle, a fit score - are added on top only when a key is live.
Saving a signal
Section titled “Saving a signal”Save a link, a note, a voice memo, or all three at once, and tag it. Your note is the important bit: it steers the angle later, when the signal becomes ideas. “Save it with why it caught you” beats saving a bare link you won’t remember.
Record a thought captures a voice memo instead of typing. It’s transcribed like any other source, and what you said becomes the text that steers the angle.
Saved vs Arrivals
Section titled “Saved vs Arrivals”The inbox splits by where a signal came from, not just its status:
- Saved - what you deliberately chose to keep.
- Arrivals - what turned up on its own from a feed you follow.
The split matters because a week of someone else’s uploads would otherwise bury the few things you saved on purpose.
Following feeds
Section titled “Following feeds”Under Following, watch a YouTube channel (paste the channel URL, an @handle, or the UC… id) or any RSS / Atom feed. New uploads and items land in Arrivals on their own. No API key needed.
To keep Arrivals from becoming a backlog you dread, unread arrivals retire themselves after a window you set (never, 3, 7, 14 or 30 days). Only arrivals retire - anything you saved stays put.
Rank for fit
Section titled “Rank for fit”Inside Arrivals, Rank for fit makes one AI call that ranks the whole list for how well each item suits this brand. It’s on demand, never automatic - scoring every item a feed delivers would spend on things you never open. If a run would go over your spend limit, it shows the real number and waits for you to confirm, so a mis-click never costs anything.
A fit score that was judged by the model reads differently from an unjudged keyword guess, so you always know which one you’re looking at. Brand fit judges whether an incoming signal is worth posting about, which is a different question from the Echo Score that judges a finished idea.
Turning a signal into ideas
Section titled “Turning a signal into ideas”Types lets you choose the spread of post types to make from a signal. Make ideas then creates a Pillar from it and drops you on Content Planning, where you watch the ideas populate live. Used and dismissed signals move to their own tabs, so the inbox stays about what still needs a decision.
